Ron Quarmby Spitroast Specialists was established in Queensland in 1998 and since that time we have developed our business with a solid client base, servicing the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.  Initially we provided a mobile spitroast service offering quality food and service at an affordable price, but to meet client demand we have expanded our operations to now include "At Your Service Gourmet Catering" to incorporate a range of gourmet packages.  We have an extensive array of standard menus but, if there is not a menu that suits you perfectly, we will help design one that does.

Since our inception we have provided services for birthdays, engagements, weddings, naturalisation ceremonies, christenings, reunions, funeral wakes, formal balls and award nights for businesses and sporting clubs.  We can provide references from any of our satisfied clients.

We use only the highest quality products, succulent spitroasted prime beef, leg lamb and pork, and the salads and other menu items are prepared fresh daily in our kitchens.  We cater for all cuisine and special diets, including vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic, or other dietary requests you may have.  The food presentation tables are also provided.  Our trained staff will carve and serve and then clean-up.
