Spicy Bean and Pork Casserole

For people who like a little zing to their meal. We use tender hormone free pork chunks and combine them with mixed beans, chick peas, red onion, carrot, red capsicum, crushed garlic, thai red chilli, corn kernels and parsley. All sautéed in a tomato and vegetable stock. Served with steamed basmati rice, steamed fresh vegetable medley and a dinner roll.
